Oriental Trading has always put the quality and safety of the products it provides to its customers at the top of its priority list and has taken this responsibility very seriously. To ensure the highest level of safety in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are working closely with our domestic and overseas vendors. CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommendations are being monitored and exceeded by our local and state health organizations. Our office and fulfillment centers have been cleaned and sanitized more thoroughly than the CDC guidelines. While handling products and packages, our fulfillment center employees wear masks and face covers to ensure that the highest standards of precaution are maintained. To keep everyone safe, we are also educating our employees on good health habits recommended by the CDC and implementing additional precautionary measures like temperature checks. We ship orders every day from our fulfillment centers. Our supply chain operations are in full swing, and we have record inventory levels to keep you connected and support your new normal

For the foreseeable future, all our employees with the ability to work from home will do so. Our organization has a wide variety of job functions, and not all of them can be performed remotely. In addition to fulfilling orders for our customers, our dedicated operations employees follow safe practices such as social distancing, wearing face masks and coverings, and adhering to CDC health recommendations. The cleaning and sanitizing of our distribution centers has also been stepped up, with a special focus on areas with high traffic.
